Local image processing

Decoding, HDR conversion, ICC profile embedding, verification, and download happen on your device. There is no image-upload endpoint.

Aggregate product analytics

Glowhite records aggregate counts for a small set of actions, such as selecting an image, completing a conversion, choosing a preset, downloading an HDR JPEG, or opening the tool from a guide. These counts help improve the product.

Glowhite does not use analytics cookies and does not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, account identifiers, uploaded images, or filenames with these events.

Accounts and export limits

When you sign in, Glowhite stores your email address, account identifier, plan, session, and export count so it can provide your account and enforce plan limits. Sign-in codes are delivered by our transactional email provider and expire after ten minutes.

Payments

Checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. Glowhite stores the resulting customer, subscription, payment status, and amount records needed to unlock paid features and report revenue. Card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored by Glowhite.
